Bruce is an enterprise execution agent
ERP is the canonical production surface. The product is correct action on the books—independent of the model underneath.

Bruce is EGI’s enterprise execution agent. It is designed to complete operational jobs rather than provide a chat interface over an ERP or CRM. The distinction is visible in the output: Bruce is responsible for the validated system change and the completed workflow, not only the recommendation.
ERP is Bruce’s canonical production surface. Purchase orders, receipts, journals, inventory movements, and close activities combine long-running goals with heterogeneous tools, policy constraints, and authoritative records. Revenue is another functional surface on the same execution layer.
What the job actually is
A standardized ERP job specifies an operational result: signals evaluated, a purchase order or journal created or routed, legal entity and policy constraints satisfied, and an audit record written. The run passes only when the full cycle completes on the tenant’s stack.
Five system layers support the run. The context graph maintains current tenant state. The execution graph maps intent through tools, validation, recovery, and completion. The evaluation layer scores the result and records failures. Pre-trained execution supplies reusable functional patterns. The control plane determines which actions Bruce may perform.
The model is a dependency
EGI treats model substitution as a regression event rather than a new implementation. The same job specifications and execution evaluations run against the replacement model. This isolates changes in intent parsing while preserving transaction logic, policy, and historical functional benchmarks.
Deploying Bruce consists of binding existing execution patterns to the tenant’s systems, identity model, and policies, then validating those bindings against defined jobs. Prior cross-tenant results provide a benchmark; tenant-specific acceptance runs establish that the same controls hold in the local environment.

Bruce
The model is a dependency. Bruce is the agent that keeps the job correct—intent through completion on messy, heterogeneous ERPs. The serious work is posting, receiving, and closing.

The control plane is the product for autonomy
Permissions, approvals, observability, audit, and policy are not IT afterthoughts. They are how execution is allowed to exist.
Enterprise AI agents are execution systems
The practical test for an enterprise agent is whether it can complete a controlled transaction on a live ERP.
Evals for actions, not answers
A model leaderboard cannot tell you whether the job completed. Production traces can.
